This privacy notice has been prepared by Crow Dijital Ajans (“Crow”, “we”) as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It explains how we process your personal data when you visit our website, fill in our forms or contact us.

2. Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: full name, company name, phone number, email address.
- Request information: industry, the content of your message, the page from which you sent the form.
- Transaction security: server logs such as IP address, browser and device information, and time of access.
- Marketing and usage data: site usage information collected through cookies (for details, see the Privacy and Cookie Policy).
- Correspondence: information you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not request special categories of personal data (such as health data) through our forms. Please do not share such information in your messages.
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving and evaluating your requests for proposals, meetings and free digital check-ups, and responding to you,
- Conducting preliminary discussions for the conclusion and performance of a service agreement,
- Ensuring the security of the website and preventing misuse and spam submissions,
- Measuring and improving site performance (only within the scope of the cookies you consent to),
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected partly or fully by automated means through the contact form on the website, email, phone, WhatsApp and cookies. Your data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- It is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c),
- It is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç),
- The legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f),
- Your explicit consent for non-essential cookies and commercial electronic messages (Art. 5/1).
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to suppliers from whom we receive hosting, email and business communication services, to the providers of the communication tools we use to respond to you, and, upon request, to competent public authorities.
The servers of some service providers we use (for example email and analytics services) may be located abroad. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK (such as standard contracts or your explicit consent).
6. Retention period
Information you send via forms and email is kept, after your request has been concluded, for the period required by the relevant legislation or by the purpose of processing; when that period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Server logs are kept for the legal retention periods.
7. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You can send requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller and together with information that identifies you, in writing to Yenişehir, Ankara Cd. No:403 D:1, 34912 Pendik, Istanbul, Türkiye, or info@crowdijital.com.tr by email. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
